DLF The Dahlias price starts from ₹85,000 per sq. ft., and apartments will cost around ₹65 crore onwards.
This month, former cricketer Shikhar Dhawan bought an apartment here for ₹65.5 crore. As mentioned earlier, the people buying here are celebrities, NRIs, HNIs, businessmen, and tycoons. Now, even cricketers are showing interest in owning homes in DLF's most luxurious project.
There are only 420 apartments in total, and 173 have already been sold in a short time. Only a few homes are left now.
